Return PolicyHow to Cancel an OrderTo cancel an order placed with Supersprint North America you need to contact your original salesperson. All parcels that have not shipped will immediately be cancelled. For parcels that have shipped, please refuse the delivery and it will be sent back to Supersprint North America. For parcels that have been refused, they will need to be returned and inspected before any credit is given and you may be responsible for shipping charges. For cancelled orders that were placed with a credit card, funds will be issued back to the credit card. For money orders and checks, Supersprint North America will issue a check and have it sent out to you. Please allow 10-15 working days for charges to show up on credit card statements. What is the Return PolicyAll items and services sold on Ebay.com are final. No returns under any circumstances unless damaged during shipment in which case Supersprint North America must be notified within 10 days of package receipt. Supersprint North America must be notified within 10 working days from receipt of a parcel for the return or exchange of an item. All items returned must be unused, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Supersprint North America cannot accept any electrical or fuel injection components, special order or close out items, or items that have already been installed on a vehicle, so check with Supersprint North America concerning any application and fit questions prior to installation. Before returning any items, you must first contact customer service to verify that your items are returnable and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# needs to be clearly marked on the outside of your parcel and have a copy of the original invoice included inside the parcel. All freight cost are the responsibility of the customer, freight credit will not be given. Returns shipped C.O.D. or without a RA# will be refused. Merchandise returned for refund or exchange may be subject to inspection and a 20% restocking fee. Returns or exchanges older than 30 days are considered delinquent. For delinquent returns and exchanges a copy of the invoice must be received by Supersprint North America prior to issuing a RA#. Delinquent returns and exchanges may be subject to inspection and a 50% restocking fee. Purchases 6 months or older are non-returnable regardless of circumstances, unless defective, see warranty policy.
